腸道病毒 71 型（Enteric Virus-71，EV-71）是引起嬰幼兒手足口病主要病原體之一，還可引起無菌性腦膜炎、腦干腦炎和脊髓灰質(zhì)炎樣的麻痹等多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病。手足口病感染初期患者表現(xiàn)為低熱、流涕、食欲下降、口痛、嘔吐、腹瀉等?？谇火つこ霈F(xiàn)小皰疹，在口腔病變的同時(shí)皮膚可以出現(xiàn)斑丘疹，以手足
為多見，皮疹主要分布于手背、指間，該病多發(fā)生于 5 歲以下兒童，1～2 歲幼兒發(fā)病率最高，因此靈敏快捷的診斷產(chǎn)品具有重要的意義。本產(chǎn)品基于 PCR 原理開發(fā)。它具有下列特點(diǎn)：
1. 一站式，用于不需要單獨(dú)準(zhǔn)備每種成分，包括引物和對(duì)照。
2. 根據(jù)腸道病毒 71 型的保守基因序列設(shè)計(jì)的引物，具有良好的特異性。
3. 基于染料法 qRT-PCR 檢測(cè)，靈敏度比常規(guī) RT-PCR 高 10-100 倍，可以達(dá)到至少 1000 拷貝/反應(yīng)。
4. 使用一管式 qRT-PCR 技術(shù)，RT 和 PCR 兩步在一個(gè)試管內(nèi)完成，不需要中間轉(zhuǎn)移樣品，降低了操作誤差和可能的污染。
5. 本產(chǎn)品足夠 50 次 30μL 體系的 RT-PCR，只能用于科研，不能用于臨床。
